Muslims Demand Biden Apology | A Message From The East Turkistan Government In Exile

Updated: Mar 5, 2021

In an urgent press release sent to HMM News last night, the East Turkistan Government in Exile whose officials are stationed across the globe (but headquartered in Washington D.C.), demanded an apology from Joe Biden for his attempts to justify the genocidal behavior of the CCP against Turkistani and Uyghur peoples.

Claims that the CCP has committed horrendous crimes against the Turkic and Uyghur peoples, including torture, rape, sterilization of women and murder have swirled the globe for some time now, most recently being detailed by BBC in an exposé.

Below you will find the official statement from the East Turkistan Government in Exile in it’s entirety.

HMM has reached out for further comment and requested an interview with Prime Minister Salih Hudayar. We will update this story accordingly should we receive either.

We demand President Biden apologize to the victims of China's aggression, the victims of genocide, the countless Uyghur and other Turkic women who are systematically raped and sterilized, and the countless Turkistanis who are killed for their organs.

If President Biden has any moral decency and is faithful to his promises of upholding human rights and human dignity, he should lead the U.S. and the international community to ACT immediately to end this ongoing genocide.

Statements of "concern" and political PR are not enough; the Uyghurs and other Turkic peoples of East Turkistan are being killed as we speak .

Biden's statements outrageously seek to justify China's genocide, and empowers other despotic regimes WASHINGTON: February 17, 2021 - President Biden is dismissing the genocide against the Uyghur population in China, dubbing the mass internment a “different norm” — despite the State Department this month responding to “atrocities” in the camps, following reports of systemic rape and torture, the New York Post reported on Wednesday.

The East Turkistan Government in Exile, the democratically elected official body representing East Turkistan (Xinjiang) and its people, condemns in the strongest terms, President Biden's recent statements which seek to justify China's ongoing genocide of Uyghurs and other Turkic peoples in East Turkistan by portraying China as a "victim."

"As the President of the most powerful country in the world, which symbolizes freedom and hope, President Biden should know that nothing can be a justification for genocide," says Prime Minister Salih Hudayar of the Government in Exile. "Hitler attempted to create a 'Greater Reich' through aggression, invasion of neighboring countries, and the Holocaust of millions of Jews and others. Xi Jinping is doing the same thing today and must be stopped."

Culturally, there are different norms that each country and their leaders are expected to follow,” Biden said at his Town Hall meeting Tuesday.

However, the “norms” in China, as shown in a recent BBC News exposé, include systemic torture and rape occurring in Uyghur concentration camps.
