On May 31, 1972, the US Department of Agriculture responded to Senator Richard Schweiker's request regrading information on cloud-seeding activities carried out in the United States under programs supported by Federal agencies. On the second page of the document costs for Federal weather modification activities by research area and agency for fiscal years 1968 through 1972 were provided as follows:
Similarly, on January 23, 2008 the US Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) responded to an FOIA request for a document titled "Weather Modification" made by Michael Ravnitzky whom at the time was Special Assistant to the Commissioner of the US Postal Regulatory Commission. Special notice from Michael directly to us on December 29, 2023 that this FOIA request was acted upon under Michael's personal capacity and not in his official employment capacity.
The US government has actually confirmed the validity of large scale weather modification in 23 countries in addition to the fact that there was no scientific proof of the efficacy of these international weather modification efforts during the 111th Congress Hearing before the Committee On Science And Technology House of Representatives titled, "Geoengineering: Parts: I, II, And III." Prior to the Geoengineering: Parts: I, II, And III Hearing, back in 2001 during the 107th Congress, House Resolution 2977 was put forward known as the "Space Preservation Act of 2001." The purpose of the resolution was to preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action to adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons. On the 5th page of this document, section (2) (B) (ii) we can observe "chemtrails" openly listed as a known governmental weapon to our airspace:
The State of Rhode Island 2022 House Bill 7787 dubbed "The Clean Atmosphere Act" vehemently opposes chemicalizing the atmosphere and harmful weather modification activities, for example:
Cloud-seeding releases of Silver Iodide (AgI) and/or solid dry ice, which is carbon dioxide (CO2), the latter increasing carbon levels that state policies rather intend to decrease; Weather modification involving the release of sea salt, silver iodide, barium, and other substances to enhance precipitation (rain or snow) in one area while reducing precipitation elsewhere; Global dimming, which decreases vitamin D (calciferol) in humans and animals, causing malabsorption of calcium, magnesium and phosphate, with the increase of infections and other diseases; and in plants, photosynthesis reduction, with losses in agricultural productivity; "Weather modification" means changing, controlling, or interfering with; or attempting to change, control, or interfere with; the natural development of cloud forms, precipitation, barometric pressure, temperature, conductivity and/or other electromagnetic or sonic characteristics of the atmosphere.
As of December 19, 2023 the New Hampshire House Bill 1700-FN a.k.a. "The Clean Atmosphere Preservation Act" was introduced by representatives Jason Gerhard and Kelley Potenza to ban all forms of geoengineering and impose penalties for violations. The bill specifies the prohibition of intentionally released polluting emissions, including cloud seeding, excessive electromagnetic radio frequency radiation (EMR), geoengineering methods, microwave radiation (DEW/HAARP), solar radiation modification (SRM), stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI/Chemtrails) and other forms of weather modification. The bill stipulates penalties for violation of such prohibition including a felony charge with a minimum fine of $500,000 and/or a minimum 2 years imprisonment. These are the type of laws that need to be enacted worldwide to outlaw hazardous geoengineering once and for all. This is the change that everyday people can help contribute in making to better our future atmosphere, environment and health.
As of April 11, 2024, Tennessee Senate Bill 2691 (a.k.a. HB 2063), an amendment to the Tennessee Air Quality Act to ban chemically induced geoengineering and/or weather modification passed the senate, followed by the house and was signed into law by the governor. The Democrats in favor of poisoning the environment under the guise of "climate change" failed to block the amendment from becoming law.

US Air Force Operation Sober Popeye commenced from 1967 to 1972 where lead iodine and silver cloud seeding flares were released with the goal to heavily increase the monsoon rainfall season in South Vietnam by 30-45 days. This weaponized rainfall was used to disrupt North Vietnamese military supplies by causing landslides, flooding river crossings, oversaturating ground conditions and softening road surfaces. Over 2600 missions were flown dispersing roughly 47,000 cloud seeding flares.
Did you know the term “chemtrails” was invented by the United States Department of Defense and US Air Force Academy as it was used in 1990 as the title to a chemistry course manual for new pilots attending the esteemed US Air Force Academy? Two editions of the “Chemtrails” manual are known to exist including a 200 page version for the 1990 fall class and a 232 page version for the 1991 class. On August 1, 1996 the US Air Force Air War College released an unclassified report titled "Weather As A Force Multiplier: Owning The Weather In 2025" which discussed the importance of harnessing weather modification technologies required to remain a dominant air and space force. Equally important, US Patent 4686605A Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in The Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and/or Magnetosphere invented by Bernard J. Eastlund was based on the teachings of Nikola Tesla. This patent proposed a 40-mile square, H.A.A.R.P. style transmitter used to generate current to create electromagnetic radiation that would excite a section of the Earth's atmosphere. There is actually a company known as Weather Modification Inc. which specializes in "cloud seeding" located in a newly developed facility right beside the Hector International Airport in Fargo, North Dakota at 3802 20th Street North, Fargo, North Dakota, USA. Cloud seeding is a common name for weather modification and is the application of scientific technology that can enhance a cloud's ability to produce precipitation including aerial cloud seeding and ground-based cloud seeding.
Similarly, there is another company known as Make-Sunsets which was founded in October 2022 offering "biodegradable clouds" that are designed to cool the Earth. They claim to release a compound via reusable balloons to create reflective clouds in the stratosphere which take 3 years to compost back into the Earth. They are selling "cooling credits" for $10.00 which they explain will be used to release at least 1 gram of their "clouds" into the stratosphere, offsetting the alleged conspiratorial "global warming effect" by 1 ton of carbon dioxide for 1 year. What chemical elements are really being used for this alleged "biodegradable" Earth cooling service?

What Is H.A.A.R.P.?
H.A.A.R.P. is the abbreviated name for an openly known D.A.R.P.A. (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) program known as High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. D.A.R.P.A. is a research and development agency of the United States Department of Defense responsible for the development of emerging technologies for use by the military. On August 11, 2015 the H.A.A.R.P. operation was transferred from the United States Air Force to the University of Alaska Fairbanks in Gakona, Alaska, United States. In reality, the program utilizes a type of high frequency Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) to blast clouds with powerful militarized radiative microwave lasers that are designed to modify the weather by ionospheric heating ionization for destruction of the ozone & Earth's oxygen. Equally, there are powerful military grade microwave devices known as H.A.A.R.P. High Frequency (HF) Transmitters which are used to radiate extremely low frequency (ELF) and very low frequency (VLF) wave generation via modulated heating into the ionosphere / magnetosphere. These transmitters produce low frequency wave radiation by modulating a beam of high powered energy with extremely low frequencies. The high frequency heating modulates the electrons’ temperature in the D region of the ionosphere and leads to modulated conductivity and a time-varying current which then radiates at the desired modulation frequency. In 2013 on CBS This Morning, physicist Dr. Michio Kaku explained how the US government uses trillion watt lasers to force precipitation and lightning; an obvious reference to H.A.A.R.P. weather modification technology.

Our skies have been filled with grid patterns, horizon to horizon trails, and other forms of sprayed aerosol cloud formations for so long now that most now accept this completely unnatural cloud cover as "normal". Sadly, the fact is that people do not even look up. To be clear, what we are seeing is not cloud seeding to increase rainfall. These jet sprayed nano particulates of heavy metals and chemicals are designed to block the sun and manipulate the jet stream. Dane explains how this is contributing to the droughts and deluges being experienced around the globe. Our atmosphere is nothing but a massive physics lab to geoengineering scientists who have no concern whatsoever about the consequences to humanity or any living thing, including themselves. The experiments are literally derailing Earth's climate system and decimating the entire web of life.
